BJ’s optical has the best prices with very good quality frames. Mark helped our whole family find the perfect frames for each of us. He has so much patience and pays attention to details — making sure you leave with the perfect fit and style. We’ve been getting frames there for years and will continue to do so :)

Margarita so very helpful with my husbands need for new sun and normal glasses. She spent time with him, getting the right glass that suited his prescription and face. She talked about the advantages and disadvantages of getting progressive glasses. It only took a week for his two glasses to be ready. When we went to pick them up, she fitted them properly. I even found a pair of sunglasses on sale and she fitted them on me also. Would highly recommend Margarita at BJ's in College Point, she made the process easy and fun! Thanks Margarita :)

Wasn’t very helpful and had to dig for options that would’ve worked for me. I honestly felt like the lady was annoyed by just me being there…getting watched like a hawk and getting patronized for putting back the displays the wrong way didn’t feel too great. The store itself seemed great, just didn’t feel very welcomed and there weren’t many options to go around.

I saw Margarita today and she was so helpful in showing me shapes of frames that looked good on my face. She was also quite helpful in telling me about the buy one get one free deal there today and I did get two pairs of glasses for the price of one. She has great customer skills and so very helpful. I must say that last year, Mark was just as incredible helping me there. They have wonderful people working here at the College Point location and I highly recommend them for your prescription glasses needs, the prices are incredible too.

Please stay away from here. The worst customer service and the attitude is a disgrace. The employee was so busy chatting away and when she did finally approach us she didn't even want to bother. Just walk a little to target. Best service I have ever seen in NY.

My husband needed a new pair of eyeglasses. On 12/4/2022 we stepped into BJ’S optical department in Flushing. The optician, Yuliya Shimunov, greeted us with a nice smile. She listened to us patiently and provided us with many choices and good suggestions. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. We had a great experience.

Diana is amazing! She helped me choose two new pairs of eyeglasses that are perfect for me. She was super helpful, nice and patient! Best of all, my glasses were ready for pickup in 4 days.

Literally the worst. I came here happy thinking oh there's clearance! I got these champion clear glasses and noticed them falling down my face. I asked the lady if it's normal and she said yeah don't worry. I come back a few times having to adjust them so they don't fall off my face so often and the two other employees on the other occasions tell me "these glasses are way too big for your face, who got you these". bj's. Bj's got me these. A few days ago, they broke. One leg fell off and I went back hoping maybe they could cover a portion of it since it's only been a year and 8 months. What was their answer? "Oh where did you get these?" BJS!!!!!!! They couldn't believe it themselves how bad the quality was and they gave it to me. Extremely unreliable and irresponsible. One of the most unprofessional places I've ever been to. I'm extremely frustrated at the fact that my glasses didn't even last 2 years and now I have to spend more money.

This place is great!
I got a good deal on two pairs of glasses along with professional and friendly service from the doctor, Jessie as well as the optician, Mark who was very helpful in picking my frames which were the right design, size and color, and for my wife as well. I highly recommend them!

Bj optical was great, 1/2 the price of everywhere I went. Abby is fantastic ask for her or the manager Mike.
My daughter glass where $49.00 dollar and my self I got the new trump glass very nice, and sunglasses not bad for my first pair.

Ps, I told mike the manager that my daughter glass have a scratch on the Lens, from my daughter playing mike said no problem i will send it out for a new pair. No charge.
