We have enjoyed living at Brakeley Gardens Apartments for many years. My husband has been a resident for 41 years and I am not too far behind him. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful in resolving issues we may have, which we appreciate. We look forward to continuing our longtime residency!

Blue Harbour Property Management company. I have been in the construction business for many years and this company is very honest and one of the best property management companies I had the pleasure of working with. I have worked with them on projects in Brooklyn and Queens and they were on top of all aspects of the project.

I contact Shawn back on April for a very difficult case. He did great job took over the tenant and communicate with him. He did great job on communicate with me. Sometime I email him very late of night and he still reply his email in the evening. Over all I am very impressed with the quality and service that Shawn provides.
