About a month ago I made an order for foreign currency. Allegedly, the tried to reach me and said the call would go straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. That is not true. I tested my number and that was NOT the case. I was NEVER notified for either currency received to be picked up NOR when they were been sent back. They've told me that once they receive the currency back, my account will be credited and could take an additional 7-10 business days. Now I am here with no currency for my trip and missing money from my account. TERRIBLE customer service. NEVER coming back to this branch.

For the only Capital One in the area they need to do better. The area where the ATMs are a complete mess and it always stinks. Some tellers are questionable. Made a cash deposit a while back then the next day I see somebody tried to make a charge with my checking account info but I had already moved the money out.

Very unorganized office. They need get a screen like TD bank to know the purpose of someone's visit. I was stuck in the line to be told in the front that I need to go to another desk in the office
This is crazy an hour wait time

People often complain about banks; no one really enjoys going to the bank. That said, in my experience, both in person and on the phone, the Capital One staff have been helpful, polite, and patient.

I was an Executor to my Friends Estate in 2013 (10yrs ago). Capital Bank sent its Annual Electronic Transfer Fund Notice to a DEAD Person. I did not want any other information than having the "DELETE" his Name OFF their System. I even offered his SS# which they still told me they can't discuss anything about a customer over the phone. It is annoying when you are in a DECEASED person condo and continue to get Mail for the 'deceased'. I don't see my request to have his name "Removed" and stop future mail from Capital One. Obvious they don't have any written instructions how to handle a small issue like mail sent to a "DECEASED" X-Customer. So I said have it your way & hung up. Not my problem after 10-yrs. ** I gave this 2-Stars only that the Employee of Capital One did their job as trained and were polite. I also writing this Review on this Bank when I read a Review someone else mentioned of the Foreign Accents the Employee's had. So I felt this must be the Bank I spoke with since there were better Banks on Yelp but with More Stars.

Every time I go to their ATM , 80% of the machines isn’t working !!! I believe that banks need to be efficient I hope the management does something to help if not, clients will surely shift banks.
