“I can't even do justice with a review,, this glass shop is 10/10. Service, efficiency and quality it's all there. I am so blessed I found this shop to change my windshield due to a pretty bad crack. Mike is a trustworthy owner who earned my respect with the job that's was done. New moldings, recalibration, high quality windshield for an unbeatable price in alil over an hour. I am so happy. Will come here for all glass needs and recommending here any chance I get. I pray for the continued success of this business, they deserve it. Ignore the bad reviews that put doubt, go here and u won't regret it. TEN OUT OF TEN!!!!! -Jackie

“East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. My car was hit while parked and unattended and the damage was so much worse than I could guess from looking at it (first 4 pics), and when my insurance declared it a total loss, I chose to keep the car and move forward with repairs. As I navigated through that stressful process, my primary point of contact with ECAP was Benny, and found him to be so easy to work with - professional, courteous, and completely honest. He and the rest of the team also worked hard to stay on schedule to have my car ready to go for my Thanksgiving travels. and I'm so grateful for that. “I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a must. These guys know their stuff, and its a HUGE plus when you get service with a smile, care, and understanding. I didn't feel rushed out or dismissed with my million questions - they were patient with me, yet pretty fast in getting paperwork and my window repair done! Billy made everything seem so simple when I'd spoken with him over the phone and I swear...I was getting ready to deal with the fine print and hidden fees in person, but absolutely nothing! I was going to get this done without insurance and even out-of-pocket, the proce was very reasonable. However, I decided to go through my insurance (no cost at all), and Billy received the paperwork quickly, went over the details over the phone, and confirmed that he had the glass in stock before I were to go in. ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE...and they don't make you feel like youre bothering them to do their job!”

“I came in with overspray on my windshield after someone nearby was spraying silicone on their car. Tiny droplets drifted onto my glass, and no product I tried would remove it. I fully expected I’d need a new windshield.
At G&R, they easily could have sold me one—but instead, Rosie at the front office said, “No, don’t do that. Let’s see if we can get it off.”
They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn’t charge me for it.
Honest, skilled, and genuinely kind people. They do windshield replacement, body work, and clearly much more—but they also do the right thing. I highly recommend G&R.”
“Ron was extremely accommodating and efficient in repairing my car window that was broken into. I received a fair quote on the window replacement and he was able to get it done the next day. Ron drove to my location and completed the job in 30 minutes. He even vacuumed away all the glass shards. I definitely recommend his service if you ever need a glass replacement.”
