Eleonor, the owner, is extremely professional and will go the extra mile to satisfy her customer's expectations. As for the installing team, it is stellar. I strongly recommend this company.

Can't recommend enough! We wanted to install Coretec LPV and saw that Carpet Time was an authorized installer and dealer. From the beginning, their team was super responsive from Eleanor (owner and main contact) to the installation team, they were extremely kind, thorough and willing to be flexible with us.
Would 100% work with them again in the future for any flooring and carpeting needs.

Carpet Time is fantastic! Eleanor and Christina are incredibly knowledgable and insightful about the design process, and Christina is a logistical whiz! I work with them on film and television design projects, which are both detail-oriented and fast-paced, and I can't imagine working with anyone else. They are truly the best in the business.

just went there and one old man I think Colombian he was really mean , my mistake (maybe ) i told the guy i want to buy math for use it in a car and he said we don't sell. Maths for cars , ..listen, I just want to buy it whatever I used is not your concern but really I rude guy

Carpet Time is the best in the business. The time, care, and attention to detail that Eleanor and Christina put into every aspect of their work is incredible. Every rug in my current apartment and my previous apartment came from Carpet Time. I even have a rug that was custom cut to fit around a spiral staircase and surged on-site. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had an area rug made for the living room. Eleanor helped us pick out the rug and helped us decide on the size. The rug came out amazing. Great customer service was outstanding. Our go to for all our carpet needs.
