If I can give this company zero stars, I would we emailed that we closed on our house tried calling on a number of times the insurance company would not take this from us. They said you need to speak to the broker we tried contacting the broker a number of times via phone and email and they never got back to us and they cost us an extra $1500 that we should’ve gotten back saying that they can only backdate cancellation for 3 months , and they were extremely unwilling to help out in anyway to recoup the lost funds

The introductory offer was better than Liberty hence the reason I switched, a decision regret- my premium increases constantly $2610.79 for 6ths. No accidents! No claims!! + Defensive driving discount.

They are unprofessional! They called me to offer me to switch my insurance company from Geico to Allstate, I was okay with their offer but the problem is I was told they would cancel my Geico insurance so I don`t have to deal with that! The next month I realized that I`m still paying for Geico insurance. That`s still okay people can make mistake but when I called them they said they will contact with Geico and make them refund my money back but it`s been 6 months still I did not get any refund every month I give them a call they are just stalling me! It`s a lack of professionalism! I paid for both insurance company just because they forgot to cancel it!

I had a near fatal car accident when I was T-Boned on my way to church on August 14th, jaws of life had to be used to extricate me from my vehicle & helicopter used to transport me to Syracuse University Hospital (65 miles away). I'm still working on physical therapy 3-6 times a day. Allstate has been with me all the way. I'm so GRATEFUL to still be alive & to have such a GREAT insurance company to be with me !!

The worst company ever tried to contact my agent James for 3 mounts about not cancelling my old policy, they double charged me, they never told me able matter policy changes. When I called to cancel my policy I was hung up on twice and then they stopped answering my calls. I will be contacting my lawyer.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT RESPONSIVE. SENT REQUEST FOR INFO TWICE TO THE SAME EMAIL WITH NO REPONSE AND THEN SENT TO ANOTHER EMAIL THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AND STILL NO REPSONSE. BEEN GOING ON FOR 15 DAYS NOW.

Unfortunately, the lack of communication from them has been the worst part. I went an entire year being told i was covered in full for both my cars, to find out I was not. They said it was because I never sent the photo inspection. This was incorrect which they quickly discovered when i asked them to please look foward as I was sure. They then “fixed it” by increasing my monthly costs. They were charging meFor a monthy renters insurance I asked to be canceled as well. (I do not have any renta properties to need it for) when i called to express my concerns the only form of communication was via text and it would takes Weeks to get a response. And each response has less information for me. Now my policy is canceled and i have received a bill for 700 dollars. I can not get i touch with anyone to ask what its for!!!!
