Had MRI done there a few weeks ago. The morning tech, Michael, is the best radiology technician I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful. Got my results right away. As perfect as it gets. I now recommend LHR Elmhurst to all of my family and friends because of this technician.

Do not go here if you want a cal or any call back in particular. Impossible to reach office, doctors... no one reaches out to help you. 2 months and haven't received my results.

If I could put negative stars I would. Not only is the wait extremely long but they are incompetent. First I went for an X-Ray and that wait was long and then I went another day for an MRI. Even though I had an appointment for a MRI I waited over 2 hours. The receptionists said you can park in the Target garage and they would validate the parking ticket for you. When it was time to leave I waited another 40 minutes, if not more for one of the receptionists to find the validation stickers.

After waiting for over half an hour listening to the ff#€¡%! recording that tells all about the "wonderful" services they offer, some a$$#|€ picked up the phone and hung up, not even asking what I was calling for. Really????? This was my second call, same results both times. Start by having someone answer the phones. Shouldn't be in a service business.

Consider going to a different location This place in particular doesnt derserve to be in health care business. Worst customer care. You call for questions and the Worst Receptionist who you put on hold for 20 mins. Doest know how to handle phone calls. You never put customer on hold for so long. No phone manners at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wish I never went here.
