I'm giving 1 star for the convience of the Atm's location to the train. However, they have TERRIBLE customer service everytime I go to this branch. I wish the Chase across the street was still open. Their customer service was always above and beyond. I went in today to this branch for a routine fax for credit card fraud and Nicoli talked to another customer in Greek the entire time he was helping me...So rude considering how long I had been waiting. No confirmation was given for the fax and I was told he didn't have a business card. He suggested I follow up with customer service for confirmation?!? My husband and I were also interested in a mortgage to buy a house (not that he even asked if he could help with anything else). I have been with Chase for 11 years and without fail this is the worst branch. We will be taking our business to another branch. Go to any other branch...
