The bank manager calls your private and personal phone out of left field for no legitimate reason at all while I am working! Leaves a message to call her back and when you do you’re in panic mode praying that nothing bad has happened to your account! Then she says “It’s time for a check-up, I just wanted to know if i can help you with anything” Almost got me fired!!

The woman would not let me use the restroom. She told me "there is no public restrooms." As a Citibank customer, I would expect that I can at least use the restroom...

Staff and branch manager are not helpful at all. I had 2 wealth management accounts which I opened at this branch. I had tried to close the first a few years ago and they told me it couldn't be done at the branch and that I had to call the corporate offices. I went to another branch and they took care of it right away. Today, I wanted to close the second account. I went to the NHP branch again where I opened my account, and again they told me they couldn't help me at the branch and I was sent away. I called the main offices, and they told me of course it can be done at the branch. I am making an appointment at another branch for tomorrow. A simple procedure, and the staff and manager cannot help with.

I had an almost perfect experience today! I say almost bc I needed to open an account and get something notarized. I couldn’t get thru on the phone to c if a notary was there but I went anyway. No notary. However I found the staff there very helpful, especially Charlene. She helped me open an account and was efficient and friendly. What a doll! She found a branch not much further from her’s where there was a notary.

I finally walked a mile to this bank, which is opened from 10am-4pm Monday thru Friday and 11am-2pm Saturday during this pandemic. The bank was relatively busy I only used the ATM. Almost everyone wore face coverings, definitely the staff wore masks. There was a sign addressed COVID-19. No complaints and no issues using the ATM to withdraw money.

These woman sit at their desks babbling and gossiping on the phone all day but won't help a customer waiting to be helped. Horrible service Surekhsa Bassi should be disciplined.
