avoid Muriel Mitchell! She tricked me to open an overdraft credit saying there is no fees and I end up getting charged.

Really not the bank u want to have...Opened acc. To get bonus $400 advertized online. They never sent me a debit card ( 30 days passed..) only when I called to bank , they managed to send me a debit card...( another 1 -2 weeks..) Now..- trying to activated this debit card - auto machine requires me to put PIN ( which I never had before for or this card as its 1st time I've got this card physically with me). Now its getting more weird - I looked at online banking and discovered they have already charged me 9.99$service fee - for what ?!- its said no fees , if balance limit is that amount that I had on this account 1st day of opening this account. Wow! It seems like a scamming customers bank - really really weird. Highly Non reccommended bank!!! Be aware.

Very slow service. The woman laughs at you and have no answer, is she nervous or don't really have any idea of how to treat customers and or not have basic knowledge of banking?. She said if I was a “Citizen” the service will be faster, because she will use a different database, I am not sure what she meant by that? Any how, I went to the other bank got some paperwork and come back lets say 15 minutes, and she still had not answer for a simple question. I offer to call customer service myself and get the answer.All I wanted was to open a bank account. The lady at the front desk she got it, courteous, welcoming and professional.

Terrible banking service. Seems no one knows how to open a basic bank account and apply a promotion code.Wife went in with mailer that had a promotion code. First they told her they can't apply it in branch (we couldn't open it online which is why we were at the branch). Had to consult with the branch manager to confirm that it could be. Then the employee couldn't figure out how to apply it and spent forever trying to connect with someone at corporate. And there were still problems. Spent almost 2 hours here without opening a simple checking and savings account. Useless.

The ATM machine ate my brand new debit card, the Assistant Manager and another employee attempted for all of 2 minutes to get it back- laughing while failing to do so. They didn't put a sign on the machine alerting incoming customers that it was eating cards, so I had to jump up and prevent 2 people from putting their cards into their broken machines only to lose them as I just had. The employees did nothing to make it known to patrons that it was out of order. When they opened up the machine, 2 other cards were found- which I presume had been eaten by the machine prior... yet the staff was still oblivious to the problem. We asked to speak to the manager, despite being in a rush ourselves to get to a meeting, and he immediately met us with skepticism and coldness... was extremely unhelpful and threatened to call the police when we simply matched his energy and became outwardly (but rightfully) frustrated. I left with no card retrieved and an incredibly upsetting experience. The Assistant Manager was not even wearing a mask. Never going back- and do not recommend you give them your patronage.

Fiona and staff have been so helpful and patient in the process of opening a new account, and spent time explaining all the technicalities of things we did not know about when opening our new account. Highly recommend using this bank!
