It's not the best laundry. I only go because it's close to me. It's 24 hours and they have parking, I like that.
Sometimes I do my own laundry, but sometimes I leave it for them to do. They are a little more expensive but sometimes I don't have time.
You have to be careful and very specific when you drop off your clothes so they can do it because sometimes they charge you more and other times you think the clothes will be ready the next day and it takes up to three days to give them to you. I have had some bad experiences with them.
Here is a photo of the prices they charge per pound. And here are the prices for each machine. But keep in mind that they have already raised the price around by 20 cents per machine.

Machine prices are higher than other places but you get to dry for free. Dryers are 40 minutes and free when you wash there.
My only peeve is that they have no cash on hand and if you only have cash, they can't provide any change whatsoever. They del accept debit/credit cards and EBT however if all you do is cash ensure you bring your own change (bills only) otherwise you will be running around like I was attempting to get change to obtain a card for their location ane then to do my actual wash.

I really like coming to Clean Rite Laundromat in Ozone Park. The facility is well kept, sanitary, and their washing machines and dryers are very efficient. The customer service is friendly and I like that it is a spacious establishment where it makes social distancing easy and possible, especially when it is not crowded. Even when it is very busy, I still have room to move around freely. So definitely no complaints on my end. I have been coming here to do my laundry since 2020 and will continue to patronize this business as long as I need to. Thanks Clean Rite. Thumbs up. Keep up the great service.

Been coming here for over 5 years now. The workers are very welcoming. Never have a problem washing here. The machines wash and dry my clothes well.

Always very clean. I like to come at night when there isn’t a lot of people. Staff is always pretty friendly and helpful. Drop off prices aren’t bad when I can’t do it myself.

EDIT: I changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because I'm tired of the machines going out of order (both washers AND dryers). They do eventually get fixed, but I end up getting stuck spending more money than I planned because of it. One or two times is maybe excusable, but this is a recurring problem. Because of the free drying, people tend to split up their clothes A LOT in different dryers and there ends up not being enough dryers because there are always AT LEAST five that are out of order and then like 8 of them that are reserved for employee use only.
Another reason I changed my rating is because there are only 4 XL dryers and when I went a few weeks ago, 2 of the machines were in use and 2 of them were already finished washing, but the person was seemingly not there to empty them. I waited 10 minutes and then told one of the workers. He told me that they had a policy where they had to wait 30 more minutes before taking out the clothes which was ridiculous given that it had to have been at least 15 minutes at that point since it was already finished when I walked in. After waiting for about 5 more minutes to see if the owner of the clothes would show up, I decided to cut my losses and use the smaller machines. About 5 minutes later, after I had already started the machines, the owner of the clothes came to take her clothes out. It was a lady who was just sitting on the massage chairs at the front desk the entire time...
Also, shoutout to the Clean Rite employee for being completely useless. Funny enough, I came back 2 weeks later and saw a sign that says "PLEASE BE AVAILABLE TO REMOVE YOUR CLOTHES WHEN CYCLE STOPS. LAUNDRY LEFT IN MACHINE MAY BE REMOVED BY AN ATTENDANT FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER".
They have like 4 TVs around the laundromat. They hardly work though and when they are on, you can't hear anything anyways. There's also a few vending machines with snacks and drinks. I believe they all take credit card/contactless pay as well as cash. There are also massage chairs. Never saw anyone actually use them though so not sure if they work. Furthermore, there is a customer restroom which is definitely not the cleanest and a sink that's near the middle of the laundromat which looks like the kind of sink that would be in a horror movie.

Good amount of washers and dryers plus FREE dry with your wash.
UPDATE: I'm still going g to this laundromat 3 yrs later. I live in Maspeth and come here to do my wash. When I can't do it myself the drop off service is GREAT! I drop it in the morning and pick it up on my way home from work. They even text me to let me know when it's ready. Shawana is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Kind, Profesional, and always very helpful!
