I don’t mind waiting , I am a patient person , but what is the point of making people make appointments if they won’t be helped near their time slot. My appointment was at 10:30 I arrived 10 mins before my appointment because on their confirmation call they mention if arrive 15 mins after they won’t help you. it’s currently 11:40 and I have yet to be helped . I get if they are busy , but at least give people a heads up . A “hey we are a little busy it’s going to be 30-40 mins, if you’d like to come back “ . There were several people that came after me and they were helped before me .

She is highly knowledge on all aspects relating to the GED Prep Classes Program that Commonpoint offers and is an excellent communicator as well. Madeline was also highly courteous, kind and patient in answering my extensive list of questions in detailed fashion and in providing additional important information.

They have a great CMAA class program. But when it came to my internship, I started getting paid and then my last week of internship got paid less than the hours I had worked. The supervisor (the Veronica) over at commonpoint texted me and told me that the internship supervisor never saw me for the last week I worked .I called my internship supervisor and she told me that’s incorrect and immediately forwarded my timesheets over. As soon as I sent it over to the commonpoint supervisor she later blocked me. Worst experience ever.
