My son has had this company since 2012. Instead of contact us to say we haven't received a request for an order, they had a rude representative contact me to let me know they were coming to collect the equipment or starting charging. She wouldn't even let me speak. I sent several communications to the company regarding my concerns and all the response has been " adding leadership". Rather than a company reaching out during the pandemic to clients to let them know an issue is about to occur with the account before it happens or a reminder would have been appropriate. However I am not surprised, before this they charged my insurance for same amount of supplies but sent me have of that. I had to call them and say this is an overcharge and what's happening with the supplies. Nothing was sent to me in writing regarding the issue they were having with the manufacturer as they said. But like clock work that billing slip was in there. No one forgot to pack that. Just conveniently forgot to adjust the billing. Unbelievable, uncooperative, unprofessional. If triple you was "U"rating they earned it.
