Convenient location close to Laguardia. Our flight was delayed and there was limited hotel availability. The room was clean and quiet. No bar in the hotel but there is one in the Holiday Inn Express next door.The issue we had with this hotel was the price gouging - Over $300 dollars without taxes for a room that shouldn't have been not much over $100 dollars. It seems this hotel, and the few others in the area all do the same thing, prey on travelers whose flights are canceled or delayed. Also, the neighborhood is not at all what I would consider safe at night especially.

No frills budget hotel far from the train but convenient to the bus. Staff is respectful and rooms are clean relative to price point.

This hotel was by far the worse hotel I've been to. At first they had an available room which was somewhat clean. There was dust as well as the desk and chair being dirty. The sheets were dirty as well. But not even that I had left to go get food and I told the lady at the front that I was going to leave to get something to eat and she said ok. But then when I went back they told me I needed to pay $80 which I had already paid $60 for the room. I paid an additional $80 for them to give me another room.

My experience at this Motor Inn was exceptional. It was with ease that I found its location and got to my room with no problem. They property was clean inside and out and the service was attentive. Thanks for making my stay great. Again!

The worst motel I've ever been, first all the place smells as weed and feels to old I couldn't get asleep bc of the people more especially couples that come in and they are loud af at midlenight plus the sounds of the trafic also the AC it was broken in our room, I don recommend this place if you wanna stay overnight on there, out there is better places to stay at night also they are charging 140 per room.

Some of the non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke from previous guests. The bed covers are stale and they look old so as the bathtubs. The rooms are clean and service is good. I just wish these rooms came with new comfy covers. I really like the all mirrors rooms lol

It was comfortable and affordable pricing. There's an interesting thing about this place that I got to know during my brief conversation with the receptionist => people who doesn't need to book of hotel for the entire day or by any chance are traveling this place also lets you get rooms for 4 hours for only $55

I was there on the 6th of this month OctoberWe where coming from a little long way and is was so hot as soon we got there she asked for a ID so I was with someone else we was there a few times and even more so she didn't want to let us enjoy the room so we left out crazy ? and sad ? we come from nothing I know that place for a long time I still don't understand why she was so rude to us ? so we are not coming back anymore good luck we was thinking that you are going to be a nice person but now I see that you are not ? at all

Rude staff & expensive prices one week could be 150$ and then the next week 200$ for overnight with no explanation when this is a MOTEL NOT A HOTEL that's hotel prices

One of the worst customer service ever. I stayed in many hotels but never had the worst customer service like a crown motor inn(74-01 Queens blvd, NY). Today( 09/23/22), I entered a hotel with Two UN guests. The young customer service girl attitude was so ugly. In the beginning, we did not understand why she talking loudly and ugly. But later understand this is regular customer service here. Even I said I would complain, but she replied I do not care. I requested her name, she replied I do not like to give my autograph.
