Joey was personable, professional and informative. The CubeSmart facility was brand new. They had plenty of carts. My unit was clean and the hallways of the second floor were spotless. Plenty of cameras so I felt very safe. I’d recommend this CubeSmart because the team was pleasant and eager to help.

Impressive customer service from Joey on Monday the 18th by 7 pm. I needed a storage in a rush and he took me on a tour to find the best space according to my needs. He explained everything on the contract, monthly fees and anything necessary to manage the storage and made sure everything was clear.

Excellent service. Maria explained everything for me as often as I needed. Cheerful personality! Maria answered all my questions on the phone prior to my arrival and again when I arrived. Clean and quiet environment.

Moved over to this location from Stop & Stor. Exceptionally professional staff, my wife and I were taken care of by Melissa. She was patient enough to answer all our questions during our initial reservation and went above and beyond to show us all units most convenient to our budget. We're veryyyyyy pleased to have switched over to Cubesmart!
