I want to like it, but half the time I go there, the registers aren't working. They're too understaffed to do the "well if the self-checkout doesn't work, a person will" thing. They're computers and self-checkout technology is clearly not working well and needs an update. Most reviews like this focus on the people aspect but at this place, the technology isn't there. TBH 1/2 the time the customers cause issues. It will be someone trying to return something without a receipt, or last time, one person rung up something on one self-checkout and froze it. So they went to the next one, did same thing, froze it, then went to the third and last and froze it. Dumb move to try three times. At the same time, they need to fix the fact that their self checkouts are so glitchy

Tried purchasing Claritin-D 30 CT for my mother, they scanned my ID and denied the purchase because I supposedly purchased some amount of this product within the past 30 days at any CVS—I believe the cashier, in his multiple attempts at scanning the box, fed false info into their database. I understand the policy but I haven't had to use my ID for any purchases at any CVS for years!

I love going shopping here. The only thing that I could say is that they could use more cashiers, the self check out line is always pretty long and they usually only have one cashier by the register.

Was told my prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. Had to wait an hour. Get better management who knows how to run a pharmacy.

I went into cvs just now and bought one hundred fourty dollars worth of stuff. 5 bags full. This place gets 1 star because i had to check all the stuff out myself. Hire somebody who wants to work. I dont work here and you dont pay me. So why am i the one doing work your employees that get paid should be doing. Honestly felt like walking out and leaving everything there. Never again. You pay a girl to stand there and watch while i do her job. Its insulting. Cvs on metropolitan is way better. They hire people to work instead of using machines. The electonic check out should be for people who have a few items. Not a whole shopping cart. People should have the choice. Imagine an elderly person has to go through this. Not fun or professional in my opinion. Maybe they want me to stock there shelves 2. Lol...

Couldn't afford to buy a new camera for passport photos. Just go somewhere else if you need that.
