This pharmacy is just horrible! It has rude, uninformed, unhelpful and disorganized attendants and it is too slow to restock important medications it should have. I’ve been waiting for more than a month for this pharmacy to fill my prescription - which is ridiculous. Avoid this place and its pathetic service.

I’ve cried in a lot of pharmacies, but never in this one. The team there has always been patient and helpful even when things with my meds weren’t going as expected. One star down though because I can never shop retail there since almost everything is locked up. I don’t even bother pushing the call button—no one has time for this just to buy an overpriced item you could buy in bulk online for less.

fundamental lack of understanding of the word "appointment". for a 4pm flu shot appointment, on-time arrival / check-in, you can expect 30min+ wait time. snarky pharmacy staff is a delight!

CVS staff is always friendly and helpful. And the store is well stocked. And the prices are reasonable.

Great service each time I go to shop.Though they are low on staff, yet the workers do their very best to accommodate every customer that come in. I have seen it with my own eyes. Especially with this pharmacy being a great convenient to residents and the many tourists in the community.Thank all of you CVS team workers.

This is a pretty good cvs. The employees are usually nice, I just wish there were more on each shift. A lot of products are locked up too so you need help a lot

Personalized attention. A pharmacist pointed to the proper aisle for a non prescription item I wanted. At checkout two attentive, kind and patient helpers for a somewhat intricate interaction, aiding a person with vision loss. (No longer stocking Hyland’s brand, Calme Forte though.)

Poor customer service. They lock everything up but then no one responds to the requests for assistance. The Walgreens a few streets down is a better choice.

the worst customer service ever. I was checking out on self check out. I put my own bag as instructed by the machine. It gave me a sign that someone is on on way for help. An associate showed up, but he wasn't sure what to do, sot the manager came. The manager started to search through my own bag(digging, touching everything in there), without asking my permission. My own bag had my personal stuffs in them. Also, when checking out, the machine gave me another warning sign again requiring a rep. again, the same associate came, but he couldn't resolve it. The manager came telling me my apple pay doesn't work. I explained that I bought a bottle of water an hour ago at the same machine. He said, \"I don't care what you did, I need to get this line moving, you need to go back on line.\" The manager hit couple of buttons, the transaction went through, so I didn't have to go to the back of the line. I will make sure to upload this review in public so no one else will experience such a bad customer service.

This is one of the best CVS stores I have ever been to, everyone is extremely helpful, and attentive. I have been to many other locations where the staff is almost non-existent. I hate using the self-check out kiosks I always have trouble, but any time I come up towards the registers, the most pleasant employee Carmen, not only greets me, but also helps me check out. No machine can take the place of the personal service.

My partner had the unfortunate experience of dealing with rude, condescending, and unhelpful pharmacy staff. The experience is very much similar to what the rest of the reviewers have also experienced.

The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. Not only they always mess up prescriptions, but also set wrong expectations that it's ready for pick up , when in reality, it is not. And no apologies at all

Literally the worst pharmacy. They should be ashamed to be in the medical profession. My partner broke her finger and needed prescription pain medicine and they refused to fill it because they getting ready to close. They cited as a system shut down and that the prescription was sent in late. When an accident happens, it is by definition late notice. YOU SHOULD NEVER GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO HUMANITY.
