When into this store today and had a quick question regarding if an item is available so I approached the register. The nice guy was really busy ringing customers up so I approached the girl who was standing next to him and said " excuse me I have question" and she said "ah I'm sorry I'm on break " really? She could answer one quick question? While her coworker was so busy he did acknowledge me and answered me instead. I was so turned off that I walked out and left my basket of goods there which was probably $85 worth of items.

Good quality products from Japan at cheap prices. Almost like a 99 cent discount store except cheapest is $1.99.

Fun store to explore. It's like a dollar store, but Japanese! Lot's of cute school supplies and decor items, pastel colors, snacks too. Prices are 1.99 onwards but lotss of items between 1.99-5.99. Definitely worth a visit. I end up leaving with something fun and useful each time!

Small store full of random things from housewares to pencils and all inbetween. My teen loves the store. Things are reasonable in price. Good place to find unique gifts and home items.

This location is not nearly as impressive as the one on E. 57th St in Manhattan. It is small and has a very limited assortment of household, beauty, and office items. It did have a larger food/candy section, but that didn't interest me. You can't beat the prices though. I got an armful of items for $20. A good value. I'd say check it out if you're in the area, but don't go out of your way to visit this one.

Kind staff, great products for excellent prices, alot of stationary that I couldn't find in most other places. Much love to you, Daiso. For years I thought I could only see Daiso in Japan, you made my wish come true.

Basically a Japanese "Dollar Store". There are now several locations in NY & NJ. (See the sign). In South Korea they just had - $1, $2 & $3 items. Here the prices vary but it is just as fun to explore.I bought the Mrs some face peel "masks". My Son bought his favorite soda (a Milkis copy), a minty carbonated tart yogurt soda... I have never seen so many Calpico flavors, even in Japan! The mall with many other popular stores is accessible from LGA on the Q72 bus but it takes over 30 minutes to go the -3 miles..
