Dr Menchell and his nurses Joanne and Camille are amazing human beings!!! They are friendly, courteous, and really make you feel comfortable. Dr Menchell is an OUTSTANDING Allergist, and an all around great guy!!! He is very knowledgeable, his bed side manner is great, he takes the time to explain all so you are not in the dark about any part of your care. The office is nice and clean, and they are conveniently located by the Q 88, the Q 46, and the Q 76 bus. I have been a patient for over 20 years now, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my allergy care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a wonderful specialist in the asthma/allergy field.

I told my mom has an emergency situation and the receptionist told me she can gave me appointment next week. Wow! They don’t have any care for emergency patients!

They do not honor appointment times. If people have later appointments than you but show up early and sign the clipboard, they will go in before you. Absolutely ridiculous. How does someone with an appointment 30 minutes later get called in before you...
