Fairly clean room, customer service okay. Price is so good. Located to close to the airport.Window is not double layered. Heavy truck travels causing so much noise. Bring your own ear plugs. You won't and can't get a good night sleep..I will pay more to use other hotels near by. Not recommend

The hotel was very clean and in great condition. The front desk attendant, Rolando, was extremally helpful and courteous. He offered great dining options. However, the area around the hotel is horrible. Not an area you want wander around after dark. The hotel does offer an airport shuttle or will pay for a ride to the Jamaica train station.

The property is located 10/15 minutes walk from Jamaica station, where you can go anywhere either by subway or by the LIRR (long island railroad) and reach any JFK terminal in a few minutes.Excellent stay (room 606), large room and comfortable beds.Convenient room service and the growth of local restaurants, with posters inviting you to order from local partners to boost the economy.A little disappointed by the breakfast, made up mainly of pre-packaged snacks and little fresh food.Recommended in any case!

Called to confirm that there's a shuttle service before booking the room and they said there was, however when I checked in and asked for the shuttle schedule they said the shuttle service no longer available!! So I had to Uber to the airport. Also they don't offer water for the rooms there's only water from the fountain. So have your water with you if you stay there. And the location is sketchy, it's beside a junkyard.

Rude, didn’t even bother booking. Your Front Desk needs to be retrained on their customer service.

Looks can be deceiving! This place looks like trash from outside. Terrible i parked outside and left my son in the car with my bf and ran inside to get a refund. To my surprise the place was nice inside! Front desk takes a bit too.: but WELLL worth it! My room is nice and clean and i slept well!

The hotel didn’t look as much when I arrived as the area is surrounded by a junk car lot and some processing plants but I think it was good value for the $140/night I paid just to spend the night, shower, then head over to Manhattan. The shuttle picks up at the federal circle in JFK—just take the Airtrain from any terminal. Once there it’s literally like a traffic circle and it’s not crowded, very easy to find.My room was clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, and there was coffee in room. One issue which I didn’t report as I was rushing on way out was the seal in the toilet’s tank wasn’t fitting properly and it kept filling up making noise but it wasn’t loud enough to keep me awake plus I closed door to the bathroom. Also, the light breakfast is literally “light” bagels, cream cheese, some bottle of OJ, some fruit cups and same little coffee makers as the ones in the room, so I didn’t get the “coffee flavor” of a morning coffee cup.The shuttle driver was friendly and courteous as opposed to the girl in the front desk who was paying more attention to the TV than checking me in. It was fine in the end and I would stay here again for an overnight stay. Also, the Jamaica Center/Parsons train station is about three blocks away though it seems the block looks a bit sketchy.

Good hotel to spend a night before depart from JFK. They offer a free breakfast a little bit simple (just bread with juice or coffee) but we thanks it. Also we use the free shuttle service to JFK with is an excellent option, however you have to reserve it during the check in. The bad point is the zone around the hotel which looks very unsafe, definitely is not good idea to arrive walking at night. Not good to look around for dinner if you are traveling with kids or women.

We got there at 11:45pm from the airport and was assigned to a room that already had people in it which could have put our lives in danger when we walked in on them in the restroom. The guy downstairs didn't even get up to help us he just gave us another room that had 1 bed and a "pull out" without linen, we had to put it on ourselves when we need 2 beds. I wouldn't even give them 1 star..PERIOD!
