On August 7th, I had to send the casket key for my husband’s human remains which was being transported from JFK to India. Based on Google reviews, I chose to go to DHL Express Service Point Queens located in Myrtle Ave.
The service rendered by Ms. Six (yes, that’s her name!) was unparalleled and awesome to say the least. She gave me a form to fill out the sender’s and recipient’s address. I filled out and gave it her to be entered in the system. And Voilà she had already entered in the system all information exactly as I had written in the form!
As I was writing in the form, she quickly transcribed the information into the system saving me a lot of time.
Ms. Six said since people almost always had to park their cars and feed the meters, she always tries to be quick so that they can save money and time for the customers.
Ms. Six was so pleasant and got me the best possible rate.
DHL Express, please DO NOT LOSE THIS EMPLOYEE. She is a valuable asset to your company.
Ms. Six, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I felt like you were an Angel sent by God to help me on August 7th, 2024.
My appreciation for your awesome efficiency, pleasantness and helpfulness. May you be blessed always.

Big appreciation to the girl named 6. Super nice, professional and friendly. I first met her on a rainy day. Every print shop in the neighborhood wouldn’t allow me to use my paper to print. I almost gave up until I encountered 6. I tested out so many times to make sure the back design could align with the front design. She was very patient with me. They also have a paper trimmer if you need to trim the border. Not to mention, the printing price is very affordable and reasonable!
