I had my car's front bumper repainted here, and just 1 year later, it is now showing cracks all over the area where it was previously damaged. Madrid claims it's because someone hit my car. But there are no scratches/scuffs/paint chips at all where the cracks are. If all it took was a light tap to get 1 year old paint to crack like this, then you didn't do a very good job. The paint on my rear bumper is nearly 10 years old and has no such cracks. I have a feeling he just painted right over the old paint. I went to 2 other body shops to have it evaluated and they both say it's because Madrid did not use enough flex in the paint, which would have prevented this issue. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere for your paint work.

It’s not easy finding a good and honest mechanic and I’m grateful I found it. I couldn’t have found a better place to work on my car than DMC! They are professional, understanding and knowledgeable. Madrid and Mercedes are amazing! Polite and willing to answer any questions I could possibly have about my car. They made a horrific situation much better making sure my car was properly taken care of.

They took care of Me and gave me oil on the house for my gearbox om a car that I bought from them alittle over a year ago , any questions on my car they answered and when there were issues with my car they explained the process and repaired it for me

Honestly, I wasted my time and money at this place. First of I explained them the problem with my vehicle, I even went on the test drive. Later Madrid told me about few parts needed to be changed and I agreed and left my car for couple of good hours at their place. But the problem was still there after they fixed. When I told them about it, they went on telling that I need to change another parts again. It was ridiculous to hear such things from them because Madrid had clearly told me when they finish working on the car it would be perfectly fine. I think they just experiment with the cars and charge fees unnecessarily. I won’t be taking my car to him anymore and don’t recommend anyone as well. That is the worst possible place you can ever bring your car too. They are crooks. They put a bad battery, didn’t give the recite and wouldn’t exchange the battery on a warranty. Another experience- I took a car, agreed on repairing a car for 2k just a front part, got an adjuster from insurance to evaluate the car, got paid by insurance 6k to repair all the scratches, now they want all my 6k to get my car back. I didn’t autorize them to fix anything else but the front of the car for 2k when I agreed to leave the car for them to repair in their shop. Now I have to report them to Police for fraud and deal with Better Business berou to try to get their license away so they don’t screw people over.

They fix cars real well. i bought my car to many repair shop and they could not find the problem. But not with them, DMC was able to find the problem and fix it correctly , saving me time and money
