No good at the entrance the man treats you ugly just and you ask something he tells you that you have an appointment or take a look at my bill 🤨 and for a second he looks at you and says again to get out of my bill 🥴

The staff is friendly and helpful but the wait times are crazy considering you must have a appointment to get in why would it still take four hours smh the one in Jamaica is way faster

Pretty quick but pretty sloppy calling 2 people to 1 counter and the persona that works the counter is confused. Overall decent experience travel is tedious depending where you are coming from if your in Queens not that bad otherwise it's crazy far. Security at gate think they are protecting fort Knox with horrible attitude
