About Elmhurst Hotel
Elmhurst Hotel offers a mix of experiences for its guests. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to access attractions like Times Square in about 30 minutes by train. Many guests appreciated the stunning views from higher floors and the comfort of the king-sized beds. The local neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
However, there are some drawbacks to consider. The reception area can feel crowded and less welcoming, and some guests reported issues with noise from the nearby metro station, which can disrupt sleep. Additionally, rooms may lack sufficient closet space and some amenities like a microwave or fridge. While most rooms were described as clean and decent, a few guests faced issues with the shower not working properly.
Overall, Elmhurst Hotel provides a reasonable option for those looking for budget-friendly accommodation with easy access to public transit, though it may not be ideal for light sleepers or those seeking luxury.
