Just got my makeup done for a wedding with LISA. She was so nice and patient and explained everything as she was giving me makeover I never wear makeup so I was very hesitant to get my makeup done. But it looks awesome I'm extremely happy and pleased. I highly recommend her doing your makeup. She's the best !!

I visited Estée Lauder at Macy's Queens Centre Mall on October 19 , Sunday, and I'm extremely upset with the customer service ?There was a fair Bengali lady with a mole on her left cheek,I don't know her name as she was not wearing any name tag ,was busy gossiping with her friends, I asked her thrice a time about what kind of foundation I need and she ignorantly did two testing on me and left. I asked her about the product but she rudely said it's Upto you, I don't know! She didn't even talk politely as she was busy with her friends and on top when I paid her for my purchase and didn't even bother to give my purchase on bag and when I asked her every time when my friend buys from your store she always get samples also,she replied rudely we don't have sample bottles anymore but I saw her giving 7-8 samples to her each friends. I'm extremely upset and unhappy with her service and attitude that I'll never visit there and will tell my each knowing person that never to visit there in future anymore.
