This review is long overdue. I personally had to deal with the initial company for the first time of my house purchase and to deal with so called a “true friend” who works for this company as a sales broker. At first, I’ve never wanted her to help me with my house purchase, but she insisted and seemed desperate to close the deal. It takes a lot to be an educated and knowledgeable real estate broker in order to provide the buyers with legitimate information about the area, school district and neighborhoods.
Little that she knew about my area Bethpage, she seemed desperate to move forward to close the deal. Exit realty please educate your brokers to be honest, straight forward and legit.
House purchase was in December 2021.
I will never recommend your establishment to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their properties. Poor approach. Your brokers and your company FAILED!
I hope she reads this and becomes better to be honest and experienced.

Our home was listed with Exit Realty and the listing agent was Roman Davydov. He had 1 open house with at least 60 prospective buyers and we immediately got an offer. Can selling a home actually be fun, and easy? Yes. If Berta Yadgarova is your listing agent! She was incredibly capable, and a pleasure to work with also! Amazing local market knowledge. A huge network of interested buyers. A professional ease that made the entire process a pleasure. My only regret is I only had one home to sell :-)

Our Realtor was Berta. We were selling our home and she was the perfect agent for us. She began by going over different selling and marketing strategies with us and discussing which was best for us. She coordinated every aspect of the selling process and was always available to answer any questions and concerns. Once our home went on the market, she found numerous prequalified buyers and within three days we accepted an offer that was 10% over asking price. We highly recommend Berta for a smooth transition!
