One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced if you value your money and time PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE this is my first ever google review imagine how much time they waste and money for me to leave this review DOUBE THAT,the manager is good for just saying she understands and will not help you whatsoever the workers only answers are either “I don’t know” or “you have to speak to this or them” Both cars they gave me had improper documentation and VERY dirty CARS IM TLKING had to return a car because there were maggots in it DISGUSTING these people don’t care about you they only care about when they clock out

Very Disappointing Experience with Fast Track Rental
I had a terrible experience with Fast Track Rental. Even though I rented the car with full coverage insurance, when I returned it, the staff behaved very rudely and charged me extra fees without giving any proper reason.
This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone—there are many other rental services that treat customers with respect and are transparent with their charges.

Horrible company, gave me a car that the representative stressed to pick from a side that these vehicles are in ready form condition. After taking the vehicle for a couple of hour it broke down on me forcing me to waste my time at the mechanics all day on a Saturday to fix a vehicle needing rotors, brakes, an alternator, a battery, an oil change, and a battery for the key fob. Having to wait weeks for a credit for the days without an operating vehicle and to be deactivated in the process of waiting for such credit. Fast tracks vehicles are old and not worth the weekly rental fees with unknowlegable staff members of vehicle maintenances.

It’s unviable I had been waiting more than two hours just to change the car.The agents can’t give an estimate of time.neither give a discount of the waiting time .To do a good service they have to do the process fast but no one cares .I have been renting a car for more than 6 months and every time they have to fix something is the same .
All of the drivers here are making the same complaint

The worst car rental I’ve ever experienced!
The staff, extremely rude!
I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours for a return and replacement. No updates whatsoever from the staff.
Would not recommend and if I could’ve given them ZERO STARS I would’ve.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Worst car company to rent. They will charge you a lot of money for little damage and over charges on tolls as well. So be ready to pay money if you want to rent from them.

Rented a car few weeks ago and my car broke down it was leaking oil and i called fast track immediately and they got the car towed and asked me to wait untill the car is fixed as per i was talking to some agents with customer service i didn’t get any information for 2 days but then this guy Named BILAL looked into my concern and situation and within 2-3 hours he arranged me a replacement vehicle even though it was a long weekend and office was closed and they delivered the car to me so i can drive the same day i highly recommend this company for renting the cars and if any problems talk bilal with sales department very good and helping guy helped really quick and fast where all others were saying no to me in customer service if bilal didn’t helped me i might had to wait till monday as my car broke down on Tuesday but Bilal has helped me to come out of this situation with replacement vehicle… THANKS ALot …..

Fast track was one of the best companies I've rented cars in the past 3 YEARS BUT the company started to lose the quality cars and quality service . From stealing the gas from returned car and give it to the new driver almost empty. cars becom old and filthy ,not safe, and all cars either repainted or have duct tape. They remind me when I rent a car from buggy that was the biggest mistake ever

I used to ent a vehicle from them to do Access a ride.
One day I went home for a break and I parked my car on my street and somebody while backing , they hit my car in the front (nothing major some scratches only), when I noticed the hit, I complained to my rental company and they told me to visit their office for inspection of the vehicle . Next day i went to their office for inspection, they had me in their office for 5 hours after all that procedure they billed me for 1200 dollars and billed me for the whole bumper damage but those damages were already there before I took that car for lease. I had the proof , had some videos where i clarified that those damages had already been to the car . After clarifying them that damage wasn’t by my mistake they billed me for $483.50 and wasted my day.
They have unprofessional staff they won't even listen to you , they have employer working their named Jenny don't go to her if you're still dealing with them!

Horrible service. Their car would breakdown every other week regardless of vehicle year/model. Oh and when the car breaks down and is in the shop for x amount of days, they try not to give you credits for those days. Good luck!

I recently had a frustrating experience, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. From the very beginning, communication was a significant issue. You go in there for some kind of problem on your car, first thing they will tell you to sit in the waiting room and forget all about you. After waiting for hours, the responses of the staff were vague and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in brushing me off than addressing my concerns. [Money hungry] Won't help you anything unless you talk about money.
Additionally, their sense of time is non-existent, especially to the DRIVERS. They consistently delayed, and when I talk about delay be prepared to wait hours with nobody checking on you or with no updated. I had to wait 5 plus hour to get my claim started. I found myself waiting far longer than I should have. It’s incredibly unprofessional to keep customers waiting without any updates or apologies.
To top it all off, I experienced a level of disrespect that was surprising. The staff seemed indifferent to my problems, and their dismissive attitude made me feel undervalued as a customer. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and very suprising actually and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service. I myself starting to look for other company to rent a vechile after this experience.
Save your time and money and look elsewhere!
