I would give no star if I could. I dropped off my old Samsung phone to send back to Samsung for trade in and someone stole my package, causing me to pay full price for the new phone.

Excellent service! The staff work really hard and are efficient & knowledgeable. I hope they’re paid well because this is the only site open 7 days/week near downtown Philly.

The staff (particularly Jackie and Rebecca) are knowledgeable, kind and extremely proficient. I also experience a very peaceful atmosphere whenever I’m here, which is especially great for this type of establishment.
