Online retailers will tell you that you can just drop off your stuff and have them score a barcode. That's not true. To the owners of this location - buy a printer and some tape. Or change the way your location is listed with retailers. You wasted an hour of my time today.

Dropped off an Apple Repair Service Box with my iphone 13 pro max inside. Apple notified me via email that the service box arrived empty on their end. This location is run by scammers who look out for boxes and then open and take what’s inside.Huge red flag for a fedex location. I have provided all the details possible to Apple so that they can investigate the matter. I am happy that there is surveillance and i hope the personal who stole the phone from the box gets jailed for stealing mine and god knows how many else’s products. DO NOT GO HERE, this place js one mistake away from a criminal lawsuit and taking down Walgreens with it.

I searched for "full service fed ex" and got this result.It is not full service and the guy was super non-apologetic about it and offered no sort of tips or help.
