In my opinion this Location is never prepared for FedEx drop offs. Because it is convenient for me i come here every day and ask for us FedEx customers to join a line which is always long then when I get up to the counter, they can never find the one zebra they have to scan the label. Another wait and attitude by a particular light skinned older guy.Now this is FedEx Express Package already paid for by the company! They hold us up just to collect a package and scan it

The FedEx on-site in this Walgreens has been good (so far) I’ve used their services several times in the past to drop off packages and have had no issues with packages arriving at the destinations and on time. My only complaint is that I never get a notification when my packages have been picked up, or at least get a notification showing I dropped the package off once it’s scanned by the cashiers, so I don’t see the point in giving a phone number if i don’t get any proof the exchange happened. I would prefer a paper receipt, but any way of showing the package is in their possession, in case any problems arise concerning a package not getting scanned or delivered, would be assuring

PACKAGES TORN UP AND RETAPED SLOPPY. Some guys are courteous some are not. Banging on the door when delivering. UNACCEPTABLE. CALLING CORPORATE.
