Came to fedex drop off and the worker in photo&tech takes forever always on the phone and goes hide in the back been waiting for almost 30min

Old indian lady in the morning shift always tells me to buy a printer and refuses to scan my QR code which Fedex themselves uses to do returns. This happened a few times withe the same person. Walgreens is aware of her doing this.
