Old indian lady in the morning shift always tells me to buy a printer and refuses to scan my QR code which Fedex themselves uses to do returns. This happened a few times withe the same person. Walgreens is aware of her doing this.

Just went to drop off the package. The customer service was terrible. The lady looks like a supervisor kept me waiting 10 minutes next to the counter. Walgreen could have hired better people there.

I went to 8420 Broadway Walgreens to drop off the package but the cashier so rude and refused to accept the package that is within the limited. I have to take it all the way down to the other Walgreens, which I have no issues with. Either Walgreens or Fedex has to come up and solve the problems. I went on google reviews, not only me has the problem.
