Any other FedEx office will seal your box with tape and attach printed label for free. Tape is extra $9. Not a real shipping location. They printed my label & I walked to a nearby FedEx on Parsons Blvd to seal & ship.

They don't provide the paper receipt like UPS does,so I asked for it and the person said will text me but I didn't get it,and so I can't track my package cause I had no information.

They do mail out packages and receive packages for pickup - but you cannot pay to ship anything out here. This is just a hub to facilitate convinience for prepaid stamped packages or receiving packages from amazon, etc.

Dropped off , scanned and enter phone number. Will be updated on status of return. Simple …. Don’t understand the low ratings, one said they stole their package from their front steps of the house. Are they accusing a Walgreens employee of stealing it ? FedEx ? Or a porch bandit? You can’t blame this store for that . Another person said they weren’t told they needed a label. Don’t think that’s the stores problem, need to read and understand what you need to do, not the stores fault .
