Went to drop off a package and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted, that is what makes a difference when you go in a store. Excellent customer service!

Don't send from or use this location! I had items being returned to a store, and the staff took the box after scanning the bar code. A few days later, I received the box back with missing items, with the box labeled "Damaged bar code label".

The closing manager refused to take my package making up some story about being full, and was very rude when I suggested simple ways to stack up some boxes. This whole store is very badly run and dirty. Take your package elsewhere don't waste time.

Not about this location but very disappointed FedEx service during the pandemic. They stoped delivering packages to door and request customers to pick up packages from the office themselves. It’s so inconvenient.
