This was a terrible experience that didn’t need to happen. I went in today to get some headphones because I just broke mine that I originally got from 5b. I loved them and lasted me years, which is why I decided to buy them again. I went, picked up a pair (surprisingly they still sold them) and the checkout dude with glasses that was helping everyone at self checkout was so kind. I sat outside to set up my headphones and I found that the left side was buzzing and wasn’t working well. I go back to se if maybe they can exchange or help me out. I stood by the front desk and waited about 5 minutes while the two girls near by tried not to acknowledge me. One of them finally did and I explained to her that I just bought these 5 minutes ago and they’re not working as well as they normally do. She proceeded to just ask for my receipt and tells me plainly that I need to put them back in the box or they can’t accept it which I then do. I tell her that I’ve had these same headphones for five years and they usually work so well maybe it was just this one I picked up. She then mocks me and says “well like you said… you’re an expert on these headphones” struggles her shoulders mockingly and asks me if I still want a refund and I was so disgusted by her attitude I just wanted my money back. She could’ve just simply asked me if wanted to try a new one and maybe that one was just bad but you know I guess being decent is hard. I’ll never step foot in this 5 below again. Don’t need a random attitude from a teenager for no reason.

Service was really bad, the machine wasn’t working properly, it didn’t let me remove an object, the girl staff was behind me all the time and I call her multiple times and she didn’t answer.

This location staffs are nice! Especially secuirty at the entrance! Everytime i come and leave ,he always greets us ! And today is Mother day, when i finish shopping, she even said “ Happy mother’s day 💕 “

Staff always friendly when you enter, the employees are consistently fixing and rearranging inventory, usually packed to the brim for great deals and name brand items

Return a defective foam roller today. Two cashier are not very friendly. Trying to telling me I don’t need to lie it is defective in order to return. So I point out where the roller breaks twice. And the stuff notices, and proceeds to return process. Not cool, every other store in the same mall has better customer service.

They’ve got good stuff but one of the employees at this location is incredibly rude. I’m unsure if they’re the same person others in the reviews are talking about but the chances are high.
In general, their self-checkouts aren’t really “self” checkouts. You have to wait until they ask you “card or cash” and tell you where to go—if they’re not busy helping other customers scan their items, they’ll scan everything for you and even select the rating of their customer service / your experience for you; and if you ever walk over to a seemingly open and working machine yourself, they’ll make a big deal out of it.
I understand they’re probably afraid of people stealing but I still don’t appreciate the way they speak to all their customers. Half the time I don’t even want to buy anything because of that one employee hustling me with a rude tone.

It’s alright. They don’t always have everything you see online. One of the managers was nice enough to let me take one of their boxes so that I can ship an item out. I just don’t like how they have self check but an associate checks you out??? Why not just have regular registers??
