Fun store with a great assortment of fun and budget-friendly items. Family loves coming to this store and checking out all the great finds. Staff is friendly and helpful. The overall selection is smaller than I've seen in other stores but that is expected due to this stores smaller size.

Mars had issued me a certificate for a free item and this store refused to honor it. Associate didn't check with a supervisor and suggested I go to CVS (a good idea). Wrote to corporate and didn't get a response. Disappointing and I won't return.

I've been in here a few times. Usually I am greeted by staff. I know that the associates do self checkout. That didn't annoy me as much as being profiled. My daughter and I came in. One of the associates was standing in the front didn't greet my daughter and I. Ok cool.. we start looking at the stuff we came to purchase. My daughter was in a different part of the store and I was in the back looking at the incense and crystals. Said associate was standing so close to me while I was browsing, we could have been conjoined twins. After walking back to where my daughter was. I was annoyed and it was all over my face. My daughter says what's wrong? I told her how I was watched so hard that I knew I was being profiled. I said out loud that this associate was going to feel pretty stupid when she sees me at the register paying for the items I was holding. While I empathize with retailers due to thefts. It should not be assumed that a certain kind of person is there to steal. As said I come here all the time. This location is closer to me than yhe Northern Blvd store.I pick up online orders. I make in store purchases. And this is the first time I have profiled here and so hard. Way to drive off your literal paying customers!

Nobody opens this store on time, I always have to wait almost half an hour later to get in. Not sure why even try to come here anymore. Also nobody answers the phone either. If you guys aren't going to open at 9:30 on Saturdays you need to change your signs.
Here's an update, after an employee opened the door at about almost 10 a.m he asked me if I was an employee and told me I had to leave.
I told him the sign says 9:30 a.m and if that's the case they need to change the signs.
He then took me outside and said "let me show you something" points to the Sunday sign saying see 10 a.m and I had to tell him no, it's not Sunday, it's Saturday. I'm so frustrated with this damn store. And you can't chalk it up to a mistake this store is always opening up almost half an hour late. Disappoinment as usual 5 below.

Have a bunch of self checkout registers that weren’t even open to be used, don’t understand why. Then the cashier at the register automatically rounded up my total to a “donation” that I wasn’t asked about and didn’t agree to ?

I don't understand the purpose of having self checkout if you're not allowed to checkout by yourself. I had 2 items, and the associate was standing between two self-checkouts scanning items for one person. The customer at the other self-checkout was done so I started walking to it and the associate rudely told me to wait for no apparent reason other than a feeling of self-importance. I was finally allowed to checkout where she scanned my 2 items (which I was fully capable of doing myself) and then left me to finish the rest of the transaction on my own. I understand if they no longer want to use self-checkout due to theft concerns but why not use the empty block of regular cash registers they have? At least, they could maybe bag our items and do something of purpose.

I'm so thankful to the staff there. The meeter/greeter was so pleasant in greeting me. And she thanked me for shopping there. That's a first for me and I was surprised. I cannot remember the young lady's name that helped me but I'm assuming she's a part of the management staff. She knew I had parked almost 3.5 blocks away and she told me to get my car and she's help me bring my rather large purchase put to my car. It felt good to get genuine pleasant vibes from customer service associates and staff.

the self check out thing is absolutely ridiculous. It's supposed to be self check out but the employees immediately grab your things and scan it for you. it's mad annoying and it defeats the entire point of self checkout. i just wanna shop in peace.

This place is perfect for customer service, prices, preferred items and more, they products way cheaper than the original and is very affordable I come here often because it's super nice!

Store is pretty clean, well stocked/organized/faced, and the employees are friendly and helpful. They do have a variety of items here, including some cleaning and household items that are a better price than nearby stores. Will definitely visit again!
