Staff and management, very nice. Building well-maintained. Overall toxic environment of entitlement. If you like this type of place you might be a part of the problem. YMMV. Stay away, and if you can afford this place why not just buy a house. ??♂️

Almost bought an apartment here back in 2001. Huge building, short walk to Continental Ave subway. FYI: Forest Hills is over-rated, expensive, crowded, dirty, super noisy. Also, boring, has no character.

I don't know how these towers are for residents, but the parking situation for visitors is horrible and the area is pure craziness. My daughter and I had to go to pick up something, the address was very difficult to find because that streets turns and turns in the most weird way. My daughter had to park at a pharmacy, and wait for me in the car while I went walking trying to find the address.
