One client reported a great first visit with simple gel nails done nicely, but a subsequent visit with a different, less experienced technician resulted in a painful service with bleeding cuticles, messy polish application, and gaps. This technician, an older man who seemed to be in charge that day, struggled with shorter nails. While he was very nice, the work was poor. This has led to mixed feelings from that client, who cautions others to be careful about who does their nails there. Despite this, the salon remains a beloved destination for many cherished clients.
Great experience! The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The technician paid great attention to detail, and the results lasted well. I’ll definitely be back!
