Grand City 99¢ & Up is a typical 99¢ store that offers a variety of items to meet everyone's needs and is always open for business. Customers appreciate the great prices and helpful service, especially from the cashiers. However, some have noted that the male boss lacks politeness, suggesting there is room for improvement in customer interaction. Overall, it is a reliable place for general daily necessities.
