6 sales reps inside not one said hello. We were the only ones in the store, mind you. They were busy laughing. I wanted to buy some pairs of jeans but with no help i couldn’t find my size. Took our business somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. You have to ask someone to open the fitting room, they're locked otherwise. Also, I asked 3 people politely to show me the watch that I wanted to try on and had to wait 24 minutes for that! I'd think that for a relatively expensive store I could expect a better service. We'd bought a bunch of things from the store in the past, but this is the time when we were completely disregarded as customers.

So the sirvece is bad .. they are so rude they think because we are hispanic we wont buy nothing we spend more than 200 every time we go ... we went yesterday and a guy at the door told us to put our masks on top of our nose my husban has asthma is hot in that store mind you we are fully vaccinated we have proof of it ... they say is a law to wear a mask .... no that is not a law yet .. so even thee were more customers without mask it was only to us they came up to .. told us to leave the store ..... they can get in troue for that wearing a maxk on top of your nose is not a law is with thd saliva you can get sick hope the owner do so.ething about this bad bad customer service not the first timd

I came today to the GUESS store in Queens Centre in order to buy a gift for my sister and I was looking for a specific model. Everything was fine until we came to the point to find out what is happening with a warranty. Firstly, they didn't know is it 1 or 2 years. Secondly, they claimed (2 female employees and after that the manager, a woman called Aileen) that the warranty is "inside of the box" (inside was just a piece of paper with a Customer Care phone number, nothing else). In addition, they were trying to persuade me that the model/type number is actually the serial number of this female watch. I was shocked by their lack of knowledge and their attitude. The manager Aileen started to argue with me, by repeating to me 2 times: "You're not listening to me!" How rude. When I told them I'll call the Customer Care phone number, in order to get necessary information regarding the warranty, all of them just disappeared. The lady over the phone helped me a lot, including the email which she sent to me today, with all numbers I need to have. When I mentioned this to the manager of the store Aileen, with the fact that she didn't put any effort into a phone call, she replied: " That's not my job'"?!?! Despite the fact that I'm a man, I felt very bad at that moment, my blood pressure raised significantly. However, I am not angry, just disappointed and surprised. I'll give you some free advice: 1. Try to be a part of the solution, not part of a problem. If there is a will there is a way, always. 2. Be advised that you always represent not just yourself, but the company GUESS as well. 3. What kind of example do you give to all of your employees with this kind of approach? 4. Customer Service plays an important part in your job, it's not all about what you sell, it's also how you do it. 5. Never (NEVER) argue in front of other customers. Btw, I gave them 2* only because I want them to understand that this is supposed to be a positive critique. And they had probably a bad day, who knows. We live we learn, right? Including myself.

I came in today into the queens center mall and went into the Guess store and i was pleased with the customer service that Mercedes velasquez gave me. She helped me with a purchase of watches, i Will definitely come back to buy more .

The store is clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the brand, great quality. My only wish, is that Guess would cater for larger women shoes sizes.

terrible ! my daughter came to purchase 2 sandles the manager had her waiting for 15 minutes she also said the store had no half sizes after making my daughter wait 15 minutes she brings out a 6 1/2 on top of that I was about to purchase a guess bag when the lady in the fitting room approached me and asked if I wanted her to put the bag behind the counter VERY rude and unprofessional group of women ! I use to shop at this location all the time but I won't be going back until they bring back the original staff
