“This place is excellent! I was in the neighborhood for work and I wanted healthy food and this was the first place that came up. They have great grab and go options as well as smoothies, soup, mushroom burgers and plant based entrees to go. I had the vanilla peanut protein smoothie, tofu scramble and vegetable soup. All were delicious and the staff is very friendly. I wish I lived closer because I'd go back all the time. Thank you for offering healthy food at prices that are reasonable!”

The service is excellent, especially from Lin(林）, who knows their brands inside out and always shares the brands owner stories. “This location has been my go-to store for over 2 years. It is super convenient for me with a 5 minutes drive from my house but parking on Bell has always been difficult. I have been a huge fan of Total Lean for almost 6 years next month. I love some of the Lean Shake 25 powder flavors such as Orange Cream, French Vanilla, Banana, and etc. Remember to look out for the Limited Edition flavors such as Mango Smoothie, Pumpkin Spice, Snickerdoodle, Cookie Butter, and etc. When I get bored of mixing the powder with iced water in my blender bottle. I would buy two boxes of the pre-made Lean Shake 25 drinks where I can just chill them in my fridge. I drink one of these shakes every weekday since the weekends are my cheat days lol I tried the CLA Soft Chew and Triple Strength Liquid L-Carnitine both they both gave me this weird aftertaste. Luckily trying out different GNC products...I found my favorite liquid L-Carnitine by Pro Supps Berry flavor. I am very passionate about Total Lean as you can tell lol Anyways, I wanted to give a shoutout to Johnny who provided me with amazing customer service for my every visit. He would help me carried two boxes of Lean Shake 25 to my dad's car since I would've needed to make two trips to the car. I am not a strong person nor do I have any muscles haha Note: Your points do have an expiration date so make sure you use them!”

If this is the case, it sounds like GNC should cover this cost, not the franchise.I noticed that Raj only applies half of my rewards points at a time as opposed to the lady who says her system is down most of the time until I tell her to do it again.It's out of the wayPrices are a bit higher than the website.This is pretty normal for anyone who understands how retail stores operate.I've never made a return so I cannot comment on the process. “Truly I don't understand what the negative reviews here are about. I came looking for a place to eat after 10 PM and this more than delivered. They have build your own salads, wraps, sandwiches, and burgers with a ton of options. As a gluten free restricted dude, I built the most incredible chicken salad for only 12 bucks, and it tasted great and was fresh. Plus, the owners are a super kind immigrant couple who I enjoyed talking to. They're open late and they've got some great options if you need a quick bite, I would definitely give it a shot. 5/5”

“They hooked me up! After a big, complicated series of unfortunate events, I somehow washed up in the middle of Queens, in a random hotel - and hungry. But, having special dietary requirements, I couldn't eat just anything; thankfully, there was the heartwarming red glow of a GNC sign, just across the street. Inside, I was able to put together a fine, healthy little meal (from stuff on clearance, no less). Also: some friendly folks working there, with whom I shared a laugh or two. All told, I left feeling a special sort of satisfaction, the kind you just can't buy. Much thanks to everyone at this store, for providing for me in my weird little adventure. Keep up the good job.”
