This place is a shithole! Active prostitution and drug use. Stayed for 10 minutes and left, probably one of the worst and unsafe places I've ever stayed at. This place should be shutdown!

It is no longer a hotel. He is a "homeless refugee". The dumbfounded face and disbelief when they told us... Delta had sent us, after canceling our flight, to spend the night before boarding again. Shame on the airline and a very bad time they put us through...

The accomadations exceeded my expectations greatly. Our room was on the lower level because we got in late and I must admit I gave the front desk a hard time because I booked in advance, but boy was I pleasantly surprised.. To my delight the room was clean and comfortable and while I assumed being on the lower level was a travesty it actually turned out to be a saving grace.. We were conveniently located close to the dining area, gym, desk, entrance, and parking.. We could look out the window at our car! It was great!

This hotel canceled my reservation without any explantion.
I sent an e-mail asking about a shutter service from the Airport to the hotle few days ago. But I got a cancellation email instead of a reply to my asking. I've sent an email asking why and what's going on.
But I'm worried about people who might have the same experience like me that's why I'm writting here.
Even if you got a confirmation from the hotel, they can cancel your hotel without any notice and explanation.
I sent an inquiry about the airport shuttle a few days ago, but the reservation was canceled today.
I just received the cancellation information and I don't know the reason. I sent an email to IHG's official website and the hotel, but I'm not sure if I'll get a proper response.
I'm going to wait a few days and then call... but I'm posting this review so that those of you who have booked here as a transit hotel don't worry too much. Oh, I signed up as a member on the IHG official website and made a reservation directly. Don't worry too much about making reservations on public websites.

I’ve spent 40 minutes SO FAR on the phone number give to me by an IHG concierge member trying to get a shuttle scheduled.They do not answer- I’m a very frustrated platinum elite member. Meanwhile all the other major hotel brands have come and go multiple times. Choose another one!This is not a hotel anymore. Google needs to update!

We didn't stay unfortunately my daughter tested positive for covid, but the front desk manager nick was understanding and amazing and canceled our reservation the same day without a fee.

First off, let me just say that this was the WORST hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. In efforts to make a long story short, I will do my best! Hotel staff was not pleasant at all and the management was very rude and needs to be trained again on hotel hospitality. Our inital room and entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was not properly cleaned and prepped for a new guest. ( The shower had a gross stain on shower wall, like blood and body fluid dried on the wall. so gross!!! ) They changed our room, however the room was no better as far as cleanliness goes. floors were dirty. We asked countless times for an extra wash cloth because only one was provided and Managment told us to come get it and when we got to the counter, he said they didn’t have any but will take care of it. He never did and my husband had to go to front desk again to grab one. Moreover to top it all off, my sentimental necklace had been stolen by housekeeping. We are literally in the process now of undergoing a claim we filed with their corporate office. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone Also, beware of the good reviews on the booking app. It makes me wonder if they only allow the good reviews and not the bad ones to show. I definitely learned my lesson by just going off of the reviews on the booking app. Most of those reviews there were good. However, when I did more research I noticed that we encountered the same problems that other customers had experienced. I just left a review on Booking app and do not see it. (Maybe it takes a day or two to update) I just hope they are not hiding negative reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Wasn't sure of what to make of a Caribbean restaurant in the heart of Dubai but was amazed upon entry, it represented the Caribbean and especially the island of Jamaica well, the ambiance is nice work of art, the vibe is great , staff very friendly and the food is good, a little cozy but well worth the visit
