Horrible experience trying to make a return, the cashier hid the tag that i gave her so i couldn’t make the return (they obviously train them to do this) then proceeds to tell me that even if i had the tag she wouldn’t make the return because it needs to be attached? Like? i just wanted a different size, its a shame because i really like their clothes and I’m always buying in that store but i wont be coming back because of their return policy.

the staff siulbe more empathy with the clients.. understand is no for breastfeed moms but never should treat a mom like that.. do they never have a mom.. as a mom, we have to go there and buy stuff for our kids..

Very bad customer service. I felt like shopping in India. Why couldn’t I try the jacket in the fitting room at Hollister? They asked me to wear it outside the fitting room. It felt like they treated us like thieves. The staff were a Black guy and a Mexican girl.

Beware of low quality clothes. I lost over $500 on clothes from Hollister that fell apart in a few months. I wash everything on the delicate cycle. Buying clothes, you'd expect things to last at least a year. The lighting and decor In the store and the prices make Hollister seem like a good brand but it's the same quality as Shein and H&M.

Cashier 02381856 left not one but TWO alarms on my clothes for a Christmas present so now when i celebrate Christmas today i have to go all the way back to the mall when i have wrap presents and cook right now and instead pay for parking to get these two alarms removed.
