This Home Depot is amazing, remolded a bathroom and I have to say the staff was amazing. Chad and Monique are the best. They helped us out on everything. Was in and out of the store for 2 weeks. They were kind and so patient with us. Their knowledge of the products and store is incredible. I also want to acknowledge Nigel for helping us load the car multiple times. These employees are exceptional and are an asset to this store. Thank you so much for making this stressful time a lot easier.

My wife went to the store last night looking for a router, according to online, they carried two in stock. She couldn't locate them so she asked some employees for help, and all of them told her they didn't know that she would need to order it online.
After not giving up and looking for quite a while, she located the The wireless routers!
Lazy employees and terrible assistance!

Whenever I come in here and ask an employee to open a closed item, the answer is usually that I don't work here and he walks away. Today I waited 10 minutes to be able to buy a measuring tape, but no one came, so I asked them to open it already. The employee from whom I asked for help was happily walking with another employee and they were talking and chatting. I stood there and waited to see if anyone would come. You don't have to come here any other time.

This Home Depot location has gone downhill, and the leadership team is a big reason why. Managers Darron, Russel, and Lilian are the furthest from providing any real customer service.
Lilian became upset when I asked to speak with her supervisor, responding with, “So you’re going to go above my head?”—completely unprofessional. Russel, despite being an Assistant Manager, was even worse. And Darron, who is supposed to be the Customer Experience Manager, seems to have no idea how to actually deal with customers.
This store used to be great, but under their leadership, it has become a frustrating place to shop. I’m currently waiting for a call from Edwin, the Store Manager, once he returns from vacation. Hopefully, he can address these serious issues.

I don’t know what’s going on with those people at the paint section. Holy crap. It’s like talking to a ghost. They just turn their back at you. No answer. I was trying not to lose my patience but geez Marie.
