Worked there for Summer Youth one summer. Sister Theresa is very racist and should not be running this program. Surprises me how the woman is praised so highly but is a racist old woman. Shame on you Sister Tesa. The memory of you has left a lasting impression on me and not a good one!

Some of the most fake individuals that I have ever Kent in my life, when I was a child and now as a grown up. These people steal founds from people who are seeking theirs services. Biggest mistake ever was sharing private documents with these people. Other wise great place to start a gang fresh out of jail.

Great thrift shop but unfortunately every time I come there’s no one working in the store. There’s always a sign that says “be back in a few minutes” & an hour later still no one. If u r open for business there should always be someone there. This is the second time & my reason for dropping a star. Otherwise this is a great thrift shop when someone is working in the store

This place was overrated. Not fairly price for people on a budget, single and non working families. This place needs to Chang the name “HOUR CHILDREN to ONLY RICH KIDS. I have been trifting for years all around the world and this is one of the worse used good places on the planet. The prices are way to high for donated used goods. I was looking to buy baby clothes and came across a very cute and in good condition 6month old dress. When I got to the register the cashier was shock that “Rita the “manager had priced the dress at 64$$$. I chuckled because I thought she was joking but she wasn’t. After going back and forth about the price being too damn high she negotiated 12$$ . I said goodbye and hope no one ever donates anything because it’s impossibe for people that truly can’t afford to buy full price clothing to shop. This is for the location on Steinway street.Sincerely, Single mom

I love Hour Children and the work they are doing. Women are supported and successful during reentry because of all Hour Children has to offer. There needs to be more organizations like it.
