The customer service is excellent but the conditions of the bearded drags were terrible. I'm not sure how you're supposed to sell animals that are rotting. Their enclosures were filthy and so was their water. Take better care of the animals you're trying to sell.

The store had what I needed and it was on sale, made the item worth purchasing, especially since turtles tank lightbulbs are expensive and usually don't last long. Saved $4 , I was definitely happy. Please keep discounts coming.

A week ago I went into the store. While I was there I heard and saw what appeared to be a seasoned groomer, yelling and humiliating a young groomer. As a groomer myself I was shocked, and madded to hear how this woman treated a young groomer who would of benefited from her help. Instead of assisting this young man she continued to yell at him across the store as she walked outside to have a couple of cigarettes. As a groomer myself, she is an embarrassment to the profession. If I were walking in to drop off my dog for grooming and saw her and heard her I would walk out. If she is capable of treating a human in this manner I can only imagine how she would treat a dog. If you are burned out on this profession then quit!!

I have to say I am beyond pleased and happy with Lisa !! She been grooming my pit bull bully for many years and I could not have asked for a better groomer. My dog suffers from skin allergies and she always knows what to use and do to make his skin look soft and healthy . She shows my dog sooooo much love , affection and attention. My dog loves her and looks forward to his weekly bath with her . She is a amazing hard worker who loves what she does and all her animals . She is very knowledgeable and such a kind person . I love her myself . I trust her with my eyes closed with my dog bully . He truly loves her . She is the best !!! I been with her for such a long time and she takes care of my dog weekly for his baths . She deserves a gold medal if you ask me ! She is absolutely great at what she does ! She goes above and beyond and you don't find that a lot nowadays.

The experience I had within this store was nothing but exceptional. I took my brand new puppy to get his vaccine shots, and the amount of care they've shown my puppy was heartwarming. The staff was very informative and knowledgeable, friendly, and overall the best! Plus they have greats treats and gear to prepare you for your puppy's new bondage. I will definitely be returning back to get some gear and recommend this store to any and every pet owner possible!

Buyer beware this place will charge you for items you do not receive. Horrendous customer service. Order online only to find out your order is incomplete once you arrive for pick up. Or just cancel your order. Try to get delivery check all your bags for holes and/or damages.

Their bait and switch coupons is motivating me to start a class action lawsuit against these people. They advertise coupons on their quaint, slow website (that is extremely frustrating to use) and you have to purchase online for curbside pickup. When you get to the store, they don't have anything you ordered. Now you can't get what you wanted and you have to pay full price for stuff you need in flavors you didn't want because you're already at the store, costing you time, money and frustration. You'll be hearing from the FTC. I was at the store on two separate occasions when this happened to me and at the same time there was another person in the store that was complaining about the same thing. This is intentional. They offer you huge savings for an online order, but when you get to the store they don't have anything that you ordered. NOTHING! You can see by other people leaving reviews with similar experiences. This has been going on for a while and this tells me that this is 100% intentional! As of now, this store owes me $10 in savings that they failed to deliver after I had already arrived at the store. You will pay me my $10 and you will have to answer to the FTC for your violations.

Lisa is very rude . She needs to be more compassionate and friendly. Groomed my dog two twice giving her a second chance because maybe she had a bad day . Got there a bit early and she told me in a nasty way " I told you I would call you when my dog was done . I think you need to replace her if I was to go back and groom my dog . Not worth the $100 . Didn't like her cut .

This store is too small to have all varieties I need but what they have is well ordered and may be easily found - and their prices are very reasonable. Staff is helpful, the place has parking in front of the door - visiting this store is a pleasure

If I could give zero stars I would. Lisa the pet groomer is rude obnoxious & delivered poor customer service. Her attitude was poor from the moment I asked where to check in. Being overwhelmed is not a reason to speak to customers in the manner she did. After waiting nearly 15-20 min after my original 11;30 appt she decides to check vaccines and instead of telling me if anything updated email the records like they have before she just told me my pup was unable to be seen and went back and forth about a general confirmation text no call stating his vaccines were expired or etc. the other workers I can say are pleasant but watever you do do not let Lisa service your dog.

Pleasant surprise to find a pet store in a convenient location and they had Science Hill!
