Terrible job. I’d really appreciate a refund so I can get this fixed at another shop. I brought it it once, only to receive the canvas wrinkled after I asked for it to be stretched onto a frame. I return it back to have it redone. Two weeks later, I receive it wrapped, and trusted it to be perfect. I unwrapped it today only to find multiple indents on the canvas! It looks terrible and it’s also still very floppy on the frame. Terrible job.

Worst experience in my life! Dust stuck inside and they tried to fix it and left lots of scratches on the glass!!! Not even worth a penny for this kind of work!!!

The place is a filthy mess. I was "helped" (and I use the word very loosely) by a woman who had no idea what she was doing. They had an incomplete selection of mats and expected me to select one from a book. There was zero recommendation of frames, nor could I look at them on a wall because they were all dumped in a box. I was excited to come here due to other reviews. What a waste of time and a disappointment.

I went across the street (M) for 1 picture frame was quote $250.00 and I had 3 pictures. OMG.. so I went on Yelp and found Anna at IPCC Framing and walk over. I had to get myself inside by calling phone (doorbell is useless, lol) and I was nervous but I walk in and talk to Anna and she give me ideas on the layout on my print. The price that she gave was absolutely jaw dropping and I only frame 1 of 3 to test it out. They did a fantastic job and drop the last 2 prints with them and came out perfect with a great price.

The man who does the framing, Mr Bo. He is a true craftsman. Honest, hard working, and puts out quality. Had several prints framed to perfection. No damaged. And perfect. Blown away by his prices too. If you bought the materials and equipment to do framing, it will cost you more

IPCC and Mr. Bo do absolute top notch craftsmanship. I brought 7 diplomas for him to frame. He recommended a mat finish (flat thin paper border within picture frame) and had the largest assortment of wood frame borders. Even though I didn’t see any I liked, Mr. Bo patiently for me to select the ones I liked from a catalog. He ordered 3 samples, waited for me to return and select the frame I wanted. And then he framed them w an anti glare glass option. Yes, Michael’s is down the road— and they were easily double or triple the price without the selection of frames, attention to details and artisanship.We texted throughout the whole process- when to come in to pick up the samples, bring them home to consider the options, bring them back and decide on those to frame. His service, kind demeanor and superb quality makes me beyond enthused to recommend IPCC to everyone who needs anything framed at all. Lowest price, highest attention to detail and outstanding service. I’m so glad I followed my word of mouth friend’s advice and got my diplomas framed here!!!
