Front desk people were very friendly and helpful The rooms were very clean and spacious, A/C a little weak but it was February so just opened the window to cool down and then perfect just 30 second walk to all that china town has to offer. Main Street Flushing subway entrance about 3-4 minute walk. Not too far from airportsNearby activities: New York best china town just steps awayWalkability: Close to so many great Chinese restaurants and markets

Close to the center of Flushing, within walking distance to many well-known restaurants, but easily affected by aircraft takeoffs and landingsYou need to park in a nearby parking lot, 24$/day

People smoke in the bathrooms so even if you get a non smoking room you still get a heavy smell. The hotel doesn’t do anything to enforce their no smoking policies.

Excellent location in downtown flushing with easy access to the metro! It isn’t much when it comes to amenities or breakfast but this is a good quality hotel for the price!

The following lists are in no particular order.Pros:- cheap- near a subway entrance- in Queens- good customer service (for the limited interactions I had, anyway)- non-smokingCons:- very little noise insulation- satellite TV (no streaming options available)- disappointing breakfast- no hand soap- no lotion (I don't know if this is reasonable, sorry)- rough sheets- very squishy pillows (and only two)I understand a number of these cons are simply lacking due to the general quality and price point of the hotel, but they're amenities I'm used to nonetheless. Take them with a grain of salt if you must. I still rested well enough (until the sirens and honking woke me) and enjoyed my two-night stay. I will likely choose this hotel again for its simplicity and convenient location.Walkability: It's less than ten minutes to/from a subway entrance and very accessible.Food & drinks: The breakfast was very lacking. Fifteen minutes after it opened, the sausages were a questionable temperature (though I did not get sick), the boiled eggs were unpeeled, and the eating area was very small and cramped. However, it was by no means bad.

Hotel was reasonably priced, but the beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are hard as well. It’s hot in the room and the AC doesn’t work, so we have a window open ( in January!). Customer service was nice. Parking down the street a bit (didn’t know it at first and had to drive through horrendous traffic to circle back around.) bathrooms are nice.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the two male employee that work the front desk (Andrew and Jerry). These guys will lie to you over and over with no remorse. American Airlines booked me a room with them for a missed connection. When I arrived at jfk, I was informed to call to ask for shuttle pick up. When I did call, I spoke to the most vile employee there that kept yelling at my fiancé and I to ask someone where pick up would be As my fiancé and I are not familiar with the area.while on the phone with said employee and actively asking an agent at jfk to help us locate the pick up location this gentleman proceeds to yell at us to “just find someone” my husband proceeds to tell him (frustrated at this time) to “wait a f’ing second” to which said employee proceeds to hang up the phone and ignore my phone calls for the next 10 minutes. When I finally am able to get them on the phone again, they stated we would need to find other accommodation because said employees feelings were hurt. I told them this was not possible as I had been flying over 12 hours with two kids that just wanted to sleep and we wanted no trouble. They then assured me they would be sending a shuttle to pick us up at jfk with no further issues. 30 minutes go by, 1 hour 2 hours. No call no show and not even the decency to pick up the phone and let us know that they decided not to come for us. They then proceeded to not answer any phone calls from my fiancé and I . It wasn’t until I decided to call private a few hours later and tell them I was corporate that they gave me their names. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. Save yourself the headache I had to go through. I will be filing a formal complaint.
