I have two very active toddlers and this was great for them. they had everything from toddler trampoline swing slide and a few rides. my 2yr old didn't want to leave. took off a star cause no food. I saw some chips thou.

I called and the person was very rude. I called and then had to ask if I had the right number. They picked up said nothing I said hello they were like yea. Who answers like that any establishment. Smh

We had our sons 1st birthday here booking was easy they setup for me and did the balloons it was safe clean and fun also didn’t feel rushed out we had the entire time in the room it was very nice will deff recommend

It was great. The kids can run around for hours and enjoy themselves. It is one big indoor playground with lots to do.

If possible 0 stars. When you come in, nobody greets you, the person sitting there just points for you to sign a paper, they put the time and then head downstairs. The lady asked how long which the shortest time is 90mins. I had entered at 3:38 and at 4:30 she calls on the loud speaker my time is up so i head back up front and ask why, my time isn’t up and i show her the time on the receipt and she said the cc machine time is wrong and on her end i entered at 3:08, very rude tone and when we were finally leaving the other lady tried to touch my kids. I don’t recommend.

Took my 1 and 3 year old and they loved it. Overall clean space but some of the items that the kids play with need replacing. There’s a lot for the children to do. I spent about $46 for myself and two toddlers, a small locker and socks for the three of us. Upon leaving, they gave us back $2 for the locker rental. We spent 90 minutes. They announce when your time is up. Staff was mostly friendly. There’s lots of room for parents to sit. We went on a Sunday afternoon and I was so happy that they weren’t packed. There was no wait time and my kids were able to do everything they wanted. I would recommend this place.

Great place for kids for an indoor playground.
I just wish it could be a little more cleaner....
Perhaps wipe down the activity centers and clean the bathrooms...
Other than that, no issues.

Not friendly. They lack cleanliness. I would avoid going there at all cost. Plus to find parking in the area is a hassle even on a Sunday!

This place is extremely disappointing and I would avoid going for birthday parties!
My nephew had his first birthday party here and everything was going well until the party was over and they tried rushing us out, even though we were trying to help them clean up. One of the ladies did not want my family’s help so she started grabbing the trays and dumping them, not realizing we were trying to tell her the burners were still on and she dropped it and set the table on fire. She then threw the burner on the floor and started throwing soda on it, resulting in my nephews birthday gifts getting soaked and sticky. Afterwards we stood at the booths so our kids could finish up their tokens and they told us we had to leave because the party was over. After telling them we would not, because we PAID for those tokens and the kids wanted to finish using them, they continued to go on the loudspeaker and say we had to leave. Rude and disrespectful behavior from staff, we would never come here again.

i attended my nephew’s first birthday here and although it was not our family’s first time throwing an event here- it will for sure be the last. not even at the end of our event but 15 minutes BEFORE our event ended the staff rushed us all out of the room and decided to repeat MULTIPLE times on the loud speaker that my nephew’s party was over and for all guest to leave the establishment. not only were we basically thrown out but as the staff cleaned the room that they asked us NOT to help with- set the table cloths on fire. then proceeded to put out the fire with soda getting it all over the presents that were near. understandable that there are rules but there should still be some sort of professionalism kept. kids birthdays are stressful enough for parents- throwing a party at a place like this is suppose to take some of that stress away not add to it. very disappointed and dissatisfied with todays outcome.
