Lucas is a great A1 Mechanic. Fast too as what he does...I Have been using him for years and he never disappoints. He is needed in the community he serves and i will keep commuting if i have to. To get to his shop. Great person and great work provided. His professionalism is at his best. Any Saturday work being done. Get there early cause he doesnt stay there all day.

I called Lucas and ask if I could tow a car to the shop that needed a new engine. He told me to get the engine and they will swap it for me. Overall everything works great and the price I paid was very reasonable!! Very good mechanic

One month ago 3/2025 my catalytic converter was stolen off my 2008 Honda CRV. I cannot begin to tell you the frustration I was experiencing. I was beyond vexed over this situation. I Went to numerous mechanics All of the prices were extremely outrageous. That was until I met Lucas ,from L&B Automotive. 110-17 Sutphin Blvd Jamaica, New York 11435 Not only was Lucas extremely understanding to the situation that had occurred. Lucas and his staff worked diligently until my vehicle was repaired. They replaced my catalytic converter and numerous sensors. The level of integrity& Honesty was far beyond most mechanics that I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend L&B Automotive. They are simply the best!!!!! Another shop messed up my exhaust on my Subaru. Lucas installed a new pipe and welded it. Also installed a new gasket and only charged me $80.
Also brought my other car to him for exhaust work.
Not going anywhere else for my exhaust work.
He is very professional and gives reasonable price. Also gave good advice about exhaust set ups.
